Finally Finished

This is the final product of the Agony of The Painting Process that I posted a couple of days ago.  If you look down at the he process photos it is hard to believe that this is the final product.  Much thanks due to Lyn for helping me save the sinking ship that I had worked to death.

Agony of an unfinished painting

It is a rainy, cold, dreary day and going out is unappealing.  The studio called so I sat up my work area, primed my canvas with red oxide, and began my masterpiece.  Seven hours later, tired, weary, and totally frustrated I am ready for my martini.  Thanks to a supportive, loving husband I will enjoy my perfect libation.  My painting is still not finished but I have documented the process.  There is a book entitled "Trust the Process" and I have been doing that all day.  Below are 10 stages the painting has gone through and I am still trusting however I am not there yet.  I will start again tomorrow.
